Worst Foods To Eat
The worst foods to eat should be avoided, if looking younger is your priority.
Every now and then it is nice to be able to indulge in something forbidden, like pizza or hot chips, but foods that make you fat and are bad for your health, should not be consumed on a daily basis.
I know at times the fat content of food can be deceiving, but if you are constantly enjoying fresh fruit, vegetables, brown rice, nut and grains, then you have nothing to worry about.
The biggest problem is, many of the forbidden foods like chocolate and greasy hamburgers, always taste soooo good you can never get enough of them.
On the other hand, if you drink plenty of water, take your vitamins, eat healthy, eventually the craving for junk foods will become less and less.
This is because you start to feel good, have more energy and some body fat just seems to melt away.
- hamburgers
- take away foods such as, McDonald’s, Hungry Jacks etc
- french fries
- doughnuts
- potato chips
- bacon
- soft drinks
- cheese
- ice cream
- hot dogs
- cereal such as, cocoa pops, rice bubbles etc
- fried chicken
- sugar - brown or white
- twinkies
- nachos
- avoid foods from food courts
It is of course, the fat content of food, such as those mentioned above which is the problem. There are so many other foods you can enjoy without all the sugars, oils and trans fats.
You even have to be careful if you are eating at a Vegetarian restaurant, that what you order is not covered in a sugary sauce.
At times it can just seem overwhelming, there is so much you need to avoid, and there seems so little to enjoy, but after a while of avoiding foods that make you fat, you do really start to enjoy the good feeling of what a healthy diet can do.
And the worst foods to eat, will become a distant memory.

I love some of the food listed above (ice cream, cheese, chips) and am not yet ready to get rid of them! So what I do is eat them in moderation and exercise.

I love pizza, it is my downfall. But I find homemade pizza (homemade hand-kneaded dough, homemade sauce, etc) with a roast veggie and spinach topping does the trick. I add a little fetta, because I cant stand the thought of pizza without cheese. It’s my Sunday night treat.
