Understanding the human digestion system can help with your well being;  if this is not functioning properly you will age much more quickly.

Eating the right foods for digestion keeps you looking younger.

Many people frequently abuse their digestive system, it is overloaded with fat, not enough essential vitamins and minerals, lack of fibre which is needed to help keep everything moving, especially helping to prevent or eliminate constipation.the digestion system 201x300 The Human Digestion System

If it is not working correctly you are open to certain diseases and health problems such as; heartburn, cancers, ulcers, gallstones, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, arthritis and many more.

Many diseases and health problems can be overcome when you eat correctly.

There is a common misbelief that spicy foods should be avoided if you are suffering from problems.  This is entirely untrue as spicy foods are very good in the digestive process.

Including more herbs and spices into your diet will help you tremendously, almost all the herbs and spices used in the kitchen can help your digestion. 1

Eat more fish, eggs, poultry, pasta with cooked vegetables rather than creamy sauces, whole grain breads, rye breads and include more cold-pressed oils.

Coffee is not a good idea if you have any health problems related to your digestion, if you drink a lot of it, try to cut down and be prepared for withdrawal symptoms, which could be headaches, nausea and  irritability.

Caffeine is highly addictive so it would probably be a good idea to cut it out completely.  And also avoid drinks like cola as they contain caffeine as well.

Alcohol is a common problem for poor digestion.

Acidic foods are to be avoided they are a disaster on your digestion, artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives need to be avoided as well as refined carbohydrates (white sugar, flour, bread).

Digestive problems occur when you have poor absorption of nutrients, and your body is not eliminating toxic wastes.

A healthy digestion is one where you have little or no bloating or flatulence and regular bowel movement, no cramping, joint pain or stiffness and you have a healthy glowing completion.

Sometimes taking an enzyme can help when taken with meals, and drink lots of water too.

Ginger tea is also great for helping the human digestion system, I always have a cup after my evening meal.

The digestion systems begins working as soon as you start eating, therefore, chewing your food properly is very important.

The human digestion system means having a happy, healthy younger looking you.
