I had no idea that plums had such great health benefits; they don’t normally get the spot light in comparison to other fruits. I have to admit that I often pass them by at the grocery store. I will definitely have to start buying them again!

I am having serious constipation problems and was told by my roommate that prunes (plums) are a great source of fiber. I hope this regimen works because I would hate to have toxins and bacteria create some parasite I don’t need in my stomach or colon. I ate 12 dried prunes this morning. They tasted better than apples or bananas. Seriously, they did!
