Organic Rose Hip Oil
Organic rose hip oil can help reduce signs of premature aging, it is a beautiful oil to use on your face.
It can help improve dermatitis, eczema, burns, scars and sun damaged skin, it will also encourage skins elasticity and firmness, perfect for helping keep you looking younger.
I love using roe hip oil, it absorbs easily, leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth, and is not very expensive. I always put it on at night, and when it has absorbed into my skin, I put on a rose hip oil moisturiser.
You can use it morning and night, overnight the oil allows your skin to breathe, while it repairs and generates new cells. Organic rosehip oil is great for all skin types, especially mature and aging skin, cleanse your skin first then apply a small amount.
If you have oily skin, don’t be afraid to use this oil, it works great on this skin type. The oil contains high amounts of fatty acids, vitamin A, (a well known antioxidant for treating wrinkles), and has a PH similar to your own sebum. It won’t add to the oiliness of your skin, but rather allow your skin to breathe.
If you suffer from acne, don’t use organic rosehip seed oil if you are having a breakout. It is very good to use after the breakout is over to help heal the skin.

The fatty acids in this oil will help keep your skin healthy and prevent early aging, as the skin has no trouble absorbing the rich fatty acids. It can even be used to help reduce stretch marks.
You are putting on your skin something which the skin itself produces (oil) and therefore, the skin needs and can use the ingredients found in organic rosehip seed oil. Unlike the chemicals found in most moisturizers, which are unknown to the human body.
If you are not getting enough of these fatty acids in your diet, such as Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9, you might consider eating more fish or taking a fish oil supplement. If a person is lacking in these essential fatty acids, it can lead to skin conditions such as dry and parched skin.
Organic rose hip seed oil is also known for reducing the appearance of stretch marks, although, it will take a few months before you will see a difference with your stretch marks. Rub the oil into your skin twice a day and be patient, it will work!
You can find this oil in many moisturizers and other skin care products. I like to use the oil on its own, as it is easily absorbed into the skin and this way you get the full effects.
There are many brands on the market, you want to look for one which is cold pressed, as this process helps to keep all the essential nutrients locked in, your skin will certainly benefit from using a pure rosehip oil.
After the first couple of weeks of using organic rose hip oil, you will notice your complexion is definitely smoother, and lines are visibly reduced after a few weeks.
Always buy the oil in glass not plastic, as chemicals from the plastic may leach into the product.
Rosehip essential oil has been used for centuries in South America. It is extracted from a wild rose bush, which grows in southern Andes and Chile, and is also known by the name of Rosa Mosqueta.
A little goes a long way, so be careful how much you use, less usually means more.

Apply it directly onto your face, it is very gently and easily absorbs into your skin.

I didn’t realize the amazing properties in it, until I noticed some dark marks were lightened from it, in a cream I was using. I now use straight up rosehip oil on my face and just about everywhere else.
Thanks for educating us more on the benefits of it.
