Here is a list of fat burning foods to help you naturally lose body fat, and help keep you looking younger.

Although keep in mind these top 10 fat burning foods do need to be combined with exercise, even a brisk walk 3 or 4 times a week will help.

Try to include the top fat burning foods into your daily diet, and you will definitely speed up your metabolism and burn calories at a much faster rate than usual.

Going on a restrictive diet is not the answer when it comes to losing weight; you could put together your own list of  foods from all the food groups below.

These foods are also belly fat burning foods, which is the one place most of us women have a problem.  Not only will you be able to lose belly fat, you will have more energy when you combine these foods into your diet.

The list falls into 3 categories, fruits, vegetables and whole grains, so pick the ones you like and create your own list .

Avoid refined carbohydrates such as cereals and white bread, also avoid white rice try eating brown rice instead.

Dairy foods are also considered to help you burn fat, such as cheese, yoghurt and milk.  Although I prefer to stay away from milk, I will indulge in eating low fat yoghurt and cheese.

To speed up your metabolism, increase your body temperature by including more foods such as hot peppers and chillies.  I use cayenne pepper when ever possible on my food, cayenne is renowned for helping the body burn calories.

Green tea is a great fat burning drink, try to include at least 2 to 3 cups a day.  Green tea is a much better choice than coffee!

If you eat many of the foods from the above list of belly fat burning foods, you should definitely see some results.  Of course, don’t forget that exercise is also very important.  If you can, go for a brisk walk or jog in the mornings before breakfast, this is a great way of getting your body to burn fat.

It is also very important that you eat a healthy breakfast in the mornings, by skipping breakfast you are putting yourself at risk of developing more FAT!   Make up  a breakfast from the list of top fat burning foods.
