How To Have Clear Skin
How to have clear skin is something every woman wants. There are so many home remidies for clear skin without resorting to chemical laden products, that can help your skin look clear and smooth.
How to get clear skin can be achieved with a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water and using natural skin care such as castor oil.
Signs of congested skin are blocked pores, uneven skin, dull skin, blackheads and white heads which affects teenagers and adults alike.
Skin problems are caused by a combination of factors, such as pollution, wind, sun, toxins not being expelled properly, excess of skin oil and sebum, dead skin cells and make up. Each factor contributing to skin congestion in a different way.
Our bodies produce toxins each day, if these toxins are not expelled properly, they find their way out through our skin, causing congested skin.
Drinking water is important, at least 8 glasses a day will help the body flush out these toxins.
Many of the facial products being used today contain ingredients (chemicals) which are doing more harm than good to your skin. The chemicals used in a lot of the facial products for skin care, are in fact making your skin condition worse.
These chemicals are causing not only premature aging, but the types of ingredients being used, can stop the skin from breathing, block pores and contribute to congestion of the skin.
How To Get Clear Skin
Cleansing the skin with a gentle facial cleanser every night of daily dirt, grime and pollution is essential, and cleanse in the morning to remove excess oils excreted overnight.
It can be confusing with so many different cleansers out there, and it is a matter of trying different ones to see which works best for you skin.
I have found using all natural organic ingredients have produced the best results.
There are many home remedies for clear skin, your kitchen pantry is full of them. Honey, oatmeal and egg whites can be used as well as many other food products.
If the cleanser you are using leaves you skin feeling squeaky clean, dry and tight after washing, then you are doing more harm. You can also increase sebum production (sebum forms part of the oil that coats the skin), if this oil is in excess it contributes to many skin problems especially acne, pimples and dry skin.
Using a good cleansing cream which contains natural ingredients will provide you with the greatest results.
The skin will replenish itself every 3 to 4 weeks, and leaves a layer of dead skin cells over the surface of the skin, and this dead layer of skin cells needs to be removed. Using a gentle facial scrub will help; check out article on facial scrubs.
There are many supplements you can take to help your complexion. If you are rushed and not eating properly wheat grass, will be great and definitely help your body expel toxins and help with skin problems.
For congested skin, use lotions rather than rich cream moisturizer. If you have combination skin and also suffer from congestion, use an oil based serum or hyaluronic acid to increase moisture content in the skin, as this will help prevent further blockage.
Be careful of waxes and butters in your skinare creams as these oils are more likely to contribute to congestion, especially skin prone to blackheads.
Make up chemicals to avoid
Paraben preservatives or alkyl-p-hydroxybenzoates (methyl, propyl, butyl, and ethyl). Used to increase the abnormally long shelf life of a product and prevent bacteria and fungi growth.
Petrochemicals are ingredients derived from petroleum. Moisturizers, hand cream, face creams and lotions which contain mineral oil, are in fact derived from petroleum. These ingredients are toxic and very bad for your skin, causing allergy reactions and prevent the skin from functioning properly. They do not absorb into the skin.
If petrochemicals are combined with a healthy ingredient, it will prevent the healthy ingredient to be absorbed into the skin. You would definitely want to stay away from anything containing petrochemicals if you are trying to combat skin congestion.
Salicylic acid and glycolic acid are common recommendations for skin congestion, but although they offer some relief in the short term, in the longer term they can be counter productive in softening and dissolving blackheads. Salicylic and glycolic acid can dehydrate the skin, which is not good if you have a dry skin.
Avoid cleansers which contain Sodium Laurel Sulphate (SLS), as this ingredient tends to cause increased sebum production.
If you wear make up everyday check the ingredients in the products you are using, as they could be making any skin condition you may have worse.
People who are conscious of their skin tend to touch their faces more often, picking and rubbing, which will only make any skin problem worse, be aware if you are doing this.
Make your own home remedies for clear skin as well as using natural products. How to have clear skin in the end always comes down to your diet and what you are putting on your face.

Contrary to popular belief, pimple is not exclusive to pestering the face area, it could appear on other parts of the body, like the back, shoulders, stomach, etc. So your best counter would be a total acne treatment system, and that’s also doing the anti-acne rally both inside and outside the body.

All what are written on this site are true,i am an acne victim before when I change my diet instead of eating fatty, salty, and dairy foods, i used to eat fruits and vegetables and as well i change the type of oil that i used for cooking, use olive oil instead. personal hygiene is recommended, you must know what you are eating,i have too much acne scar before but thanks GOD, with the home remedies alone they all gone, and no need to see dermatologist, cosmetics and chemical that you are using sometimes it can harm your skin, because any chemicals they have their own side effects and reactions..always watch out on what you are eating..

I wonder if women’s skin care regimen will work on guys too. Or is there simply a biological difference between a man and woman’s skin, as we are more thick faced, haha.
