Health Benefits Of Cayenne Pepper

The health benefits of cayenne pepper can help speed up your metabolism, so you can have more energy for burning body fat.

Cayenne pepper benefits are quite extraordinary, this wonderful little herb can help your body with so many things. It contains very high sources of vitamin C, A and B complex and is very rich in organic calcium and potassium.

Many herbalists believe it is the most valuable and useful herb you can take.

I am always on the lookout for which herbs/spices to use in my diet, and the benefits of cayenne pepper is pretty much at the top of my list, actually, it is at the top of my list.  I tell everyone I know about it.  I can’t eat without putting it on my food.

There is a cayenne pepper diet which some people will follow, I am not sure what it entails, I think it has a lot to do with drinking it.

Drinking it has proven to be very good for your entire circulatory system, intestines, stomach and heart muscles.

It is not an instant weight loss answer, yet it will definitely give you the energy you need to help you lose weight.

Seconds after ingesting it, you will feel more energetic, which is what you want, because the more energy you have the more you are on the go, and the more you burn body fat.  It will help strengthen your heart by pumping less, yet pumping the same amount of blood, which means more ENERGY.

Start with about 1/16th of a teaspoon, and gradually increase, until you get to at least a teaspoon.  Always drink with warm to hot water.

Cayenne pepper can actually raise our metabolic rate by up to 25%, (this refers to the breakdown of food and its transformation into energy), for 3 hours after you have eaten.  It increases your circulation, and does this seconds after ingesting it.

We also need it to help increase our blood flow, as this removes waste and unblocks any blockages.

Cayenne Pepper Benefits

Dr Christopher, is one of the leaders in American Herbal medicine and is often referred to as Dr Cayenne, he discovered if you take it in a glass of water three times a day, you can cure a stomach ulcer.

It has also been proven, if someone is having a heart attack give them a cup of hot water with cayenne in it, and their heart attack will stop within 3 minutes or less.

I recommend taking cayenne in powder form and not capsule. The healing powers of cayenne start in your mouth, as soon as it touches your tongue.  If you take it in capsule form, your tongue and stomach don’t notice anything until the capsule bursts and apparently puts your body into a state of shock!!

This wonderful herb can also be used topically for bringing relief to joint pain, stiffness and sore muscles.

If you suffer from spider veins or varicose veins , this is another good reason why you may want to include this pepper into your diet.  It helps to stop the pain in your legs and reduce varicose veins by making the blood flow better.

There are various strengths of this pepper; it is recommended you stick to the highest strength.  This way you will gain the cayenne pepper benefits.  The lower heat one are less beneficial and known to have contaminants in them, and are usually labelled 30,000 heat units.

The health benefits of cayenne pepper offers a natural alternative to healthy living.

I have used cayenne pepper powder in capsules. That is because I have Barrets-Esophagus. Not sure whether the cayenne directly in the mouth, throat will irritate or heal the esophagus, since it does does help stomach ulcers.
    Any suggestions?

I’ve been taking cayenne pepper for several months now. I no longer have stiff joints, I’ve lost a little bit of weight (even without working out consistently, I’m maintaining it with the cayenne).
I’ve read it is the healthiest herb and it makes any other herbs you are taking work better.

Cayenne Pepper also enhances blood flow. Therefore, it has been used to treat gangrene, frostbite, and other circulatory problems. also good for baking and cooking!

So is it a waste of money to buy the cayenne tablets, which friends have told me to buy.
At least 3 friends take the caps. for better circulaton. Darn, just bought 180 caps. _ (

Take the capsules you will be fine. I personally take the powder but if I couldn’t stomach it, I would probably just take the capsules as well.

I have heard and read alot about this herb and have been taking it in the powder form along with a fresh lemon, or the powder True Lemon along with a couple packets of splenda, equal, etc., in 16oz of water. Its been 6 days (I didn’t do this for three days – the weekend) and I’ve not only loss 9 lbs, my energy level is off the chart! Yes its similar to the Master Cleanse (MC) program and that was my intention was to follow the MC, however, I couldn’t see myself with the maple syrup daily. Not to fond of sweets.

I have the energy to walk longer distances and have been picking up the pace. I don’t have joint pain (especially hip and knee) since I’ve been on this, it really has helped reduce my appetite and I am not having the hungers like I did with normal dieting. I am counting calories out of curiosity to see how much less I am consuming.

I am female, 5’10 and 195lbs. I would like to lose 25 lbs, accordingly I should be between 142 and 165 lbs. I feel better all over and would recommend that this be tried if nothing else.

I put Cayenne pepper sauce on a lot of foods as well as drink it by the teaspoon. I love it! Am I still getting any of the benefits that I would get with capsules and/or powder?

As we are all discussing Benefits Of Cayenne Pepper, According to at least one study, black pepper may cause an increase in parietal secretion (of hydrochloric acid – the acid abovementioned as an aid to digestion) and pepsin secretion and a loss in potassium.

I heard about cayenne pepper the first part of July- just a friend saying “I love it” (for a cold). I read about it and thought that might be good for my varicose veins and circulation. So I started with a scant 1/4 tsp that day – hiccups and coughing – but have kept it up. I immediately started having more energy and my appetite decreased. As of now, I have lost 32 pounds – I have been amazed. I am in my 60′s and didn’t think I could ever lose this much weight. I hope to lose another 10 in time. I feel like I have a new lease on life and how I feel. I take cayenne about 3 times daily – just in a little water – 1 rounded teaspoon (90,000 strength) and rarely experience much discomfort. I feel like when I do have more mucus (ugh) that I needed to be rid of that. I have been embarrassed to tell most of my friends about this – so when they mention my weight loss I say just eating less and exercising. Oh, am I a phony or what? But – I love CAYENNE PEPPER!!!!

cured ulcer and gastritis for me twice. First time i took it in a pill form and than used to mix it in water with lemon, about half of tea spoon and half a glass of warm water. BAM!! improves digestion, gets rid of headaches and gets all those toxins out of your bosy through bowels and through pimples on your skin. Well for me mostly through bowels lol. So worth it. If you have an ulcer or some stomach problem – do yourself a favout and try it! Oh i heard it also stops heart attacks. And bleeding if put directly on the wound. If this spice would cost $100 a pound i would still buy it.
