Health Benefits Of Almonds
The health benefits of almonds are many, they are a highly concentrated food packed with goodness.

Almond Milk Recipe
1 1/2 cup of almonds
4 cups of water
Put ingredients in a bowl, cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Blend ingredients in a blender, I usually put a couple of fresh dates into the blender as well too help sweeten the almond milk, you can also use honey or rice syrup.
When finished blending, pour through a fine sieve so you are only getting the almond milk and not the pulp. Some people will use a cheese cloth (muslin).
Refrigerate when not using, will last a couple of days, maybe 3 days. Will have a sour taste when it turns off.
This milk is a very popular health drink, I make it all the time and use it in my porridge and in smoothies, it tastes delicious. It is very good for digestive upsets and respiratory ailments.
There are many almond recipes the list is endless, you can make cookies, paste, butter and you can buy or make your own flour.
I love to make my own face mask using 1 tbsp almond meal, 1 tbsp honey and one egg white. After cleansing, pat your face dry and apply the mask for about 10 to 15 min. I love to sit in the bath and put it all over my neck and chest area as well.
