When I am not enjoying a cup of ginger tea, I am drinking either green or white tea.
-
cut up several slices of ginger
- add to water
- brew (the longer the better)
Grate ginger, add to water and squeeze the liquid out to use as a dressing on foods.
I try to make a cup most nights, after my evening meal.

Thank you for this information. I take ginger tea everyday morning and this information makes me more happy and encouragement to continue without stopping. I had doubt whether taking ginger tea will cause increased blood pressure.

My lovely wife gave me ginger tea for the first time tonight to calm an upset stomach. The effects were almost immediate, but an hour later I had very bad gas. She asked me what I had eaten, and when I analyzed my diet the past 5 days, I realized I had eaten 5 pounds of cheese. I went crazy on pizza shipped 500 miles from my hometown and now release of gas won’t stop. Any ideas?
