I started taking chlorella a couple of months ago. I had a TIA a couple of years ago and had been experiencing tremors, memory loss, fatigue, and dizziness. These have all lessend. I have IBS, and I notice that since taking the chlorella, I have once-a-day bowel movements for the first time in my life. I am finding that I take pleasure from activities that I had dropped because of fatigue and/or depression. I have more energy to play with my granddaughters. I sleep better and with fewer nightmares. My skin seems more taut. I can concentrate better. I don’t crave sugar.
I have decided to stop taking all the vitamins and supplements that I have been buying for years and to let chlorella keep me healthy and happy.

I am taking at least 5 grams of chlorella and have seen great health benefits. My eczema and pimples are all gone, bowel movement improved. To put it bluntly, my bowel movement have not been ‘smooth sailing’ for a very long time. And also, I no longer crave sugar like the poster above mentioned.
