- Ceyanne Pepper is good for improving circulation.
- Ginkgo Biloba 50:1 standardized extract, around 40 mg three times a day.
Some people get them because they suffer from weak vein walls and poor blood circulation within the metabolic system (which enables the bodies continuing growth and function).
The beating heart pulses blood through the arteries, which provides nutrients and oxygen to the body tissues. Blood returns to the heart by the veins; the veins have tiny valves on their inner walls to prevent blood from flowing backwards, therefore the blood must flow up the veins in the legs against gravity.
If these valves don’t work properly, it causes poor circulation and blood accumulates in the veins, causing spider veins and varicose veins.
Preventing Spider Veins with vitamins such as; pycnogenol, Vitamin A, Vitamin C 1,000 to 2,000 is the recommended dosage, Vitamin E, Zinc, B Complex, MSM and Chlorophyl, this helps to strengthen blood and help revitalize circulation in the legs. Chlorophyll is rich in vitamin K and helps stop blood clotting. It is because of poor circulation the blood does not have enough oxygen to nourish the veins.
There are many creams on the market to supposedly help be a cure for this type of vein problem. I tried skin doctors vein away for many weeks, way more weeks than they advertise, cost me a fortune, and it didn’t make a bit of difference. That’s not to say it may not help you.
Having laser treatment and Sclerotherapy are two ways to help remove spider veins, but be mindful spider veins usually creep back again.
The best way to get rid of spider veins is using witch hazel extract and apple cider vinegar.
You do need to eat well, exercise and take the recommended vitamins so you can help prevent many of the causes of spider veins.
