ACV can help the body break down fat and detoxify the liver, which is excellent for helping with weight loss. All you have to do is take 2 to 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed in some water, and drink before every meal.

Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic, meaning it could damage the enamel on your teeth.
If swallowed without being diluted and cause a lot of other problems as well! So don’t think you are doing yourself a favour by trying to drink the stuff straight, Yuk!
Unfortunately, I cannot take apple cider vinegar as I develop an allergic reaction everytime I do. My cheeks and forehead get really red, I look like I am about to blow up! I have tried to take it in very small doses, but I am flushed looking the next day.
So, for those of you who can take it with no reaction, drink up and enjoy the wonders it is doing for your body.
Children can take apple cider vinegar with no side effects and also gain the amazing health benefits you are!

Take 2 teaspoons in 8 oz (1 cup) in water.
The taste is not for everyone, and if you feel you can’t handle it just add some honey, you also gain extra health benefits from the honey as well.

How apple cider vinegar is made
Apples are crushed and the liquid is squeezed out; sugar and yeast are then added to help start the fermentation process and the sugars turns into alcohol.
It then goes through a second fermentation process, where the alcohol is turned by acetic acid forming bacteria into vinegar. It is the acid which gives vinegar its bitter taste.
The benefits of apple cider vinegar are truly amazing!

I love all the benefits of taking ACV, except for one thing – weight loss. I have always been thin and have a hard time gaining weight, so I guess ACV is not for me! Exactly what is the mechanism for the aledged fat loss properties of ACV ???

I’ve been drinking acv for a week now to help with a sore thoat at first an then a cold. It is amazing! It took the sore throat away for about 2-3hrs. And keep the sinus clear. Whenever I felt the sinus closing up I would sip a mixture of honey an acv an water, an could breathe again! It also gave me energy to be able to do my job. Since I’m not allowed sick days right now, this was awesome! I didn’t feel completely perfect, but didn’t have to go to the Dr. and use antibiotics! And I notice my skin is looking smoother and the pores are shrinking! I’m 40 years old. An feel 26!

The Miracle Of Fasting:
Proven Throughout History For Physical, Mental and
Spiritual Rejuvenation
This book is written by Paul C.Bragg N.D.,Ph.D.
and his daughter Patricia Bragg N.D., Ph.D.
On page 101: How to Gain Weight by Scientific Fasting……..And I Quote:
1st paragraph partial quote; Skinny, emaciated, people fight frantically to gain and hold a few pounds. Gaining weight becomes an obsession with the underweight person, and they are most susceptible to all kinds of weight-gaining diets.
4&5th paragraph full quote:
Underweight is due to impairment of the general health of the person. It is futile to stuff a lot of food into the body when assimilation and digestion are working at a low ebb. The secret of gaining weight is to make the detoxifying system more efficient by fasting. Then the underweight person rejuvenates the digestive and assimilative system of the body.
What the underweight person needs is exactly what the over-weight person needs – a fast – which gives the body a physiological rest. In both the overweight and the underweight, the digestive system and assimilation system of the human body has been overworked. This is difficult to explain to underweight and emaciated persons. This is a partial quote of the 5th paragraph.
While I do not agree with Paul Bragg on everything. I do agree with 90% of his methods.
If you are interested in knowing more his books are located in the libraries, and in many health food stores. Paul is one of the very first pioneers of The Healthy Bragg ACV System.
Hope this helps.

There is proof the fruit and vegetables can provide everything that we need to help us live a long healthy life, does it not make sense that we should eat more of them.

It certainly does make sense to eat more fruit and vegetables, yet many people live very busy lives, so finding quick and healthy alternatives can make a difference.
